TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "HOLI-20" PROMOTION
§ 1. General Provisions
Organizer: The organizer of the promotion is Vitberg (Van Der Moon by Vitberg), with its registered office in Nowy Sącz (33-300), at ul. Borelowskiego 29, Poland, NIP: PL7341009112 (hereinafter: the "Organizer").
Duration: The promotion is valid from December 14, 2025 (11:00 AM) until December 17, 2025 (11:59 PM).
Location: The promotion is conducted in the online store at: www.vandermoon.com
Acceptance: Participation in the Promotion is voluntary; however, a condition for participation is the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants: The promotion is aimed at retail customers.
§ 2. Promotion Rules and Discount
Subject of the Promotion: As part of the Promotion, the Organizer grants the Participant a discount of 20% off the regular net price on all products available in the store's offer. The discount does not include shipping costs.
Discount Code: To take advantage of the discount, the Participant must enter the promotional code: HOLI-20 during the order placement process (in the shopping cart).
No Retroactive Effect: The Promotion does not have retroactive effect. Orders placed and paid for before December 15, 2025, are not subject to a price correction. The Participant is not entitled to a claim for a refund of the price difference (the value of the 20% discount) for orders placed before the start of the Promotion.
Combining Promotions: The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, loyalty programs, or markdowns.
Binding Nature of the Order: Upon placing and paying for the order, it becomes binding and final. The Organizer does not allow for the possibility of combining orders, modifying their content (adding, removing, or exchanging products), or changing address details after finalization. Any changes will be treated as requiring the cancellation of the current order and the placement of a new one.
§ 3. Fulfillment and Delivery Time
Planned Production Break: The Organizer informs that due to the Christmas and New Year period, the production plant has a planned holiday break from December 24, 2025, to January 6, 2026, and will not carry out fulfillment work.
Shipping Date: Due to the holiday break described in paragraph 1, the fulfillment and/or shipment of all orders placed using the HOLI-20 code will occur after January 7, 2026, within the standard fulfillment time of 10-12 business days.
Acceptance of the Deadline: The Participant, by choosing to participate in the Promotion and using the discount code, declares that they have read the information about the production plant's operational break and accepts the order fulfillment in the new year.
§ 4. Returns and Complaints
Right to Return: Goods purchased under the Promotion are subject to return under general principles (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days), in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
Refund Amount: In the event of a product return, the Participant receives a refund of the amount actually paid, i.e., the price reduced by the granted discount.
Complaints: All complaints regarding the course of the Promotion or defects in the goods should be reported to the email address: shop@vandermoon.com
§ 5. Personal Data Protection
The Organizer is the administrator of the Participants' personal data. The data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and (if consent is given) for marketing purposes, in accordance with the store's Privacy Policy.
§ 6. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion prematurely in the event of depletion of promotional goods stock.
