Moon Frame 3.0 Set is a complete levelling set designed precisely for MAN TGE and VW Crafter II with a normal roof (H2) or high roof (H3), in L3, L4 and L5 lengths. Each set includes 44 to 68 carefully matched components, depending on the length of your van. That means you don’t need anything else - no extra adapters, no specialist tools.
Exceptionally strong
Fully riveted, with a point load capacity of up to 60 kg at a diameter of 1 cm. Mounted directly to the metal - on the bare vehicle structure or on pre-insulated bodywork.
One set. Everything you need.
The set includes 6, 8 or 9 complete Frame sets with Link and adjustment element, depending on the length of your van. Each one is a ready-to-install unit, precisely matched to MAN TGE / VW Crafter II in L3, L4 and L5 lengths, normal roof (H2) or high roof (H3). The set also includes 6, 8 or 9 Corners 3.0 - special corner pieces that simplify installation where the wall meets the ceiling. Everything comes in pairs, for the left and right side of the van.
In total: 44 components for L3, 62 for L4 and 68 for L5. Ready to install, no extra costs.
Route cables without drilling.
Moon Frame 3.0 has a factory-cut slot that allows you to hide wiring inside the profile - 12V electrics, solar cables, water supply lines, USB. Cables disappear into the structure before you even fit the lining.
How does it work?
1.
Fix the Frame to the bodywork. Rivet the Frame directly to the vehicle's bodywork - on the bare structure or on pre-insulated panels. The system works with both.
2.
Level the ceiling. The components are precisely matched to the geometry of MAN TGE / Crafter II in L3, L4 and L5 lengths, so they eliminate factory irregularities. The ceiling becomes flat - no on-site adjustments, no cutting, no improvising.
3.
Ready base for your build. You now have a solid structure for fitting lining, ceiling panels, side walls and any Moon Frame 2.0 modules. The whole installation takes about an hour.

Does the set fit my vehicle?
Moon Frame 3.0 Set MAN/CRAFTER is designed exclusively for MAN TGE / VW Crafter II with a normal roof (H2) or high roof (H3), in L3, L4 and L5 lengths. Choose the right length for your van from the available options.
Are the Moon Frame Corners included?
Yes. Corners 3.0 are included in every length. You don’t need to buy anything extra - the set gets you ready to install both the ceiling and the side walls.
Can I install the set myself?
Yes. Installation requires no specialist tools or experience. All you need is a rivet gun and about an hour.
What surface can it be mounted on?
The system can be mounted directly on bare vehicle bodywork or on pre-insulated panels.
How strong is the system?
Each mounting point holds up to 60 kg at a diameter of 1 cm - more than enough to safely support lining, ceiling panels and other interior components.
Can I add Moon Frame 2.0 components later?
Yes. Moon Frame 3.0 Set is fully compatible with the Moon Frame 2.0 system - once the levelling set is in place, you can freely expand your interior with additional modules.
