Model 60 is a new chapter in the Moon Kitchen Solid family — a compact, aluminium column designed for those who need a smaller, freestanding cabinet with drawers. You can use it on its own, combine it with other Moon Kitchen Solid modules, or place it wherever you've been missing storage space.
What is the Moon Kitchen Solid Model 60 for?
No room for a fridge? That's not a limitation — it's an advantage. Model 60 gives you complete freedom in arranging your van's interior.
It works as:
- An additional kitchen module – extend your existing kitchen with extra drawers and a worktop
- A bedside cabinet – sturdy, aluminium, with closed drawers that won't slide open while driving
- An electronics storage unit – a safe place for inverters, controllers, and cabling
- A standalone cabinet – wherever you need capacity but not a full kitchen
- A separate piece of furniture – freestanding cabinets can be combined to create a large kitchen unit without a fridge
In many vehicles, the wheel arch can be a major obstacle when fitting furniture. We thought of that. The Moon Kitchen Solid Model 60 can be ordered in a version prepared for DIY cutting of the side panel. In this version, the lower drawer is shorter, eliminating any conflict with the wheel arch once installed.
The cut can be made yourself using a jigsaw with an aluminium blade or metal shears, precisely shaped to match the curve of your vehicle.
The standard version is designed for installation in areas where the wheel arch does not intrude into the cabinet space.

Top section — choose what you need
Model 60 can be configured to suit your setup. The top section comes in two variants:
Standard drawer — A spacious aluminium drawer with dividers, identical to those found in other Moon Kitchen Solid products. Perfect for storing cutlery, spices, and small kitchen equipment.
Space for a sink or hob — Instead of a drawer, an open space closed off with a cover plate. You can fit a sink, an induction hob, or another surface-mounted appliance. The choice is yours.
Modular
Model 60 is a freestanding column that fits any setup. Use it alone, combine it with other Moon Kitchen Solid modules, or add it wherever you need more space.

Designed for your vehicle
A spacious drawer with aluminium dividers, or an open space for a sink or induction hob. You can also choose the wheel arch version and tailor the cabinet to the contours of your van.

Welded and riveted construction, powder-coated in one of four RAL colours. Lightweight, rigid, and built to withstand the conditions inside a van. A perfect match for the Moon family.
Four widths, one system
Models in the family come in four sizes — 30, 40, 50, and 60 cm wide. Height and depth remain the same across all sizes, so you can line up multiple modules side by side to create a cohesive, custom build exactly where you need it.
Always within reach, never on the floor.
On the side of the cabinet you'll find aluminium recesses with pre-drilled holes — perfect for lacing in an elastic net, horizontally or vertically, depending on what you want to store there. A towel, flip flops, an evening jacket, a bag of vegetables, a water bottle.
The small things that usually end up everywhere in a van now have their place — and stay there, even on the road.
