Terms of service
§ 1.General provisions
1.The service provider in the online store with the electronic address www.vandermoon.com is Vitberg Jacek Sikora, with its registered office at ul.Marcina Borelowskiego 29, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) kept by the minister responsible for economy, NIP:734-100-91-12, REGON:490746866.
2.You can contact the store via email at email@example.com, or by phone: +48 (18) 44 23 369.Each person should read the Terms of service before using the store.By using the store the Customer confirms that they have read the store’s terms and conditions, and agree to its application.
3.Making purchases in the store requires an active and working email account.
4.The store sells furniture and other accessories for Van Der Moon vans and campers.
5.The store’s products are new and free from defects.
6.The store’s products are covered by a two-year warranty.
7.Commercial information available on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but is an invitation to submit offers.
§ 2.Completion of orders and shipping
1.Unless the current offer specifies otherwise, the cost of releasing and collecting the items is borne by the Customer.
2.The condition for concluding the contract is the Customer sending the offer to buy the goods using the form on the store’s website, by email or telephone and its acceptance by the online store.
3.The cost of delivery of goods is fully covered by the buyer.Standard shipping costs within Poland are shown in the table:
small parcels up to 30 kg
big parcels up to 90 kg
big parcels over 90 kg
Detailed costs and delivery dates depend on the weight and size of the parcel and the selected delivery method, and are presented in the basket.
4.The condition for the release of the goods is payment for the goods and shipment.
6.The price is binding for both parties at the time of placing the order.
7.Valid order completion date is given when placing the order.It is up to 5 working days for products in stock.
8.The prices of goods are gross prices and include VAT in accordance with the applicable tax law (23% VAT for Poland).Depending on the Customer’s place of residence or registered office, the prices may include other government levies: intra-community acquisition for the European Union state members, or extra-community acquisition for territories outside the European Economic Area.The Customer is obligated to pay all government levies imposed by the law in the place of residence or the registered office, also in the case of further resale of goods.Under no circumstance will the service provider take any responsibility for the settlement of these liabilities.
9.The form of payment is determined by the Customer individually.The seller accepts the following payment methods:
PayU online payment – the Customer pays for purchases while placing the order.
1.In Poland, transport services are provided by GLS, foreign shipments are handled by Poczta Polska Global Express.The transport company may be different, as long as it operates within the Customer’s country of residence or registered office, and it does not affect the quality and conditions of the transport service, as per the seller’s decision.
2.The place of delivery is the place indicated by the Customer in the order.The seller (store) is not responsible for the provision of incorrect address.
3.Personal data is protected and processed for the purpose and to the extent specified in the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).
§ 4.The right to withdraw from the contract
1.Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,a consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs.To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract before its expiry.
2.The consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller.The declaration may be submitted on the form, a template of which is attached as Annex 1 to the Terms of Service of the Online Store www.vandermoon.com.
3.The consumer shall return the goods to the Store within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.The returned goods should be complete.
4.The seller shall immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Consumer all payments made by them.The seller shall return the payment using the same payment method as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return.The seller may withhold the return of payment received from the Consumer until receipt of the goods returned by the Consumer.
6.If the return is attributable to the customer, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount returned.
1.The seller is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer should send the defective goods back to the Store together with a description of the non-compliance.
2.The store will respond to the Customer’s complaint within 14 days from the moment of returning the goods together with a description of the non-compliance.
3.The colours in the photos of the products may differ from the actual ones – this is due to the variety of available computer equipment and its individual settings, in particular the monitor and graphics card settings.Please note that differences resulting from individual computer settings (colour, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint about the goods.
The Terms of Service are valid from 2 June 2022.
